Pennsylvania’s home-based care providers are facing extraordinary challenges that are impacting their ability to serve their patients and consumers. PHA’s legislative priorities are focused on addressing the immediate and long-term needs of home-based care providers, through additional funding and supports, to ensure that access to quality, in-home care remains available to all Pennsylvanians.
