Meet Our Speakers!

Judith Emmons is a dedicated public health professional with more than 15 years of experience working to improve the social determinants of health for underserved communities.  In her previous role as Vice President of Healthcare Services at Congreso, she oversaw the Federally Qualified Health Center and HIV/AIDS Services Department and led the integration of an on-site pharmacy.

In her role as Senior Vice President of Homecare at JEVS Human Services, Judith oversees the Homecare Division, which includes the Personal Assistance Services in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and the Self-Directed model in Delaware.  Judith is committed to ensuring that the communities JEVS serves through homecare receive the highest quality services, through value-based care initiatives, additional professional development opportunities for caregivers, and through geographic growth and service expansion.

 

Judith has a Bachelors Degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Rutgers University, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Drexel University.

 

Kimberly St. Peter, LPN – Director of Health and Education. Kimberly is a dynamic healthcare professional and seasoned leader, currently serving as Director of Health and Education at JEVS Care at Home. With over a decade of nursing experience, Kimberly has built a distinguished career focused on advancing caregiver education, strengthening value-based care initiatives, and promoting client wellness. She holds multiple certifications, including CPR Instructor, Dementia Capable Care Instructor, Skills Lab Instructor, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, reflecting her commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning. Kimberly’s leadership is marked by strategic collaboration, program development, and a passion for driving measurable improvements in health outcomes, making her a trusted force in the evolving landscape of homecare.
