Description: Join PHA on Monday, August 19, at noon for a Lunch & Learn session where PHA’s Workforce Development Director, Becky Jacobs, will share innovative techniques to attract top talent and build robust candidate pipelines. The session will cover areas such as e-recruitment, grassroots recruitment, Pennsylvania-based recruitment, students and learners, social media, DEI, and leveraging PHA business partners. Participants will leave equipped with over 65 effective recruitment strategies to enhance their hiring processes.
