Pennsylvania HCBS Association Partners with Pennsylvania Homecare Association for Executive Leadership

Lemoyne, Pa. (December 23, 2024) – The Pennsylvania HCBS Association (PA HCBS) is excited to announce a pivotal partnership with the Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA), contracting with PHA to fulfill the role and responsibilities of Executive Director for PA HCBS.
