Pennsylvania Homecare Association Announces Distinguished Additions to Board of Directors for 2024

Lemoyne, PA (January 4, 2024) – The Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA) is delighted to announce the election of three esteemed professionals to its Board of Directors. Sarah Rutledge, Program Manager at PennCares, will bring her expertise to the role of Southcentral Regional Director, while Mena Louise, Executive Director at Concordia Hospice of Washington, and David Alexander, CFO of Penn Medicine at Home, have been elected as Directors at Large.

In addition to these appointments, Laura Ness, Deputy Executive Director at BAYADA Hearts for Home Care, will serve as President-Elect in 2024. The organization extends heartfelt congratulations to Laura Ness, as well as appreciation to CJ Rambler and Stan Rynkiewicz, who will continue in their roles as President and Secretary/Treasurer in 2024, respectively.

Expressing her enthusiasm, Laura Ness states, “I am honored to contribute to the future of home healthcare and grateful for the opportunity to serve as PHA President in 2025.” CJ Rambler adds, “I’m confident that our newly elected team will not only uphold but enhance the outstanding work of the PHA board. We look forward to the journey of continuing the positive impact that we will make together.”
