Data Sharing
Your data may be shared in specific scenarios, such as during a password reset request, where your IP address is included in the reset email.
Data Retention
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Resume Bank
When you submit your resume to the Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA) Resume Bank, we ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security. Your information is securely collected via an encrypted JotForm, safeguarding your personal data throughout the submission process. Here’s how we handle your information:
- Collection & Use: We collect resumes and associated personal information strictly for the purpose of job placement within the homecare industry.
- Storage: Resumes are stored on our secure server with restricted access to contact information or demographics. This information remains inaccessible until the resume is purchased by a verified employer.
- Purchase & Access: Upon purchase, the resume—along with the contact information—will be emailed to the employer. We monitor these transactions to prevent unauthorized access and use of your information.
