Pennsylvania Homecare Association’s Jill Senior Honored in City & State PA’s “50 Over 50”

(October 29, 2024) – Jill Senior, CMP, Director of Meetings & Events at the Pennsylvania Homecare Association, has been named one of City & State PA’s “50 Over 50” honorees for her contributions to the homecare industry and her dedication to educational initiatives. This award celebrates influential leaders over the age of 50 who are making a substantial impact across Pennsylvania.
Jill Senior has over 20 years of experience in the association and events industry, using her expertise to drive impactful change in Pennsylvania’s homecare sector. As a certified meeting professional, Senior has been instrumental in designing and implementing PHA’s educational programs, enhancing workforce development initiatives, and championing advocacy efforts to support caregivers, patients, and the communities they serve.
Under Senior’s leadership, PHA has advanced programs that elevate standards for training, retention, and support for caregivers across the Commonwealth. These efforts align directly with PHA’s mission to ensure all Pennsylvanians have access to quality homecare and support within their communities.
